"One Ring to Rule Them All"
Name: Tyler Smith
Age: 14
Length Roleplaying: About six or seven years.
Character Name: Khamûl the Easterling
Age: 4838 years old
Date of Birth: April 29th, SA 1612
Race: Man
Residence: Minas Morgol
Profession: Nazgûl, Second in command of the Riders
Appearance: Khamul himself has not been seen for thousands of years, thanks to the effects of his Ring of Power. Corrupted by the Ring, his body turned invisible, until he was no longer a man, but a wraith. He is only given form if wearing clothing and armor. His eyes are occasionally able to be seen, depending on the circumstances. When visible, they are a almost blood-colored red.
His physical varies from time to time, depending on the current mission he is undergoing. Khamûl is most often seen wearing black robes, as well as gauntlets and boots made specifically for use by the Nazgûl. At times, his standard garb is augmented by the addition of a red cloak beneath his black one, usually when he leads the forces of the Easterlings.
Personality: Khamûl's personality, or rather, his lack of one, isn't exactly what you would call normal. After all, he is little more then a sentient ghost. He has no sense of humor, and often takes jokes literally, which usually leads to the joke-teller being slaughtered mercilessly, either because he said something at Sauron's expense... or Khamûl got tired of a nuisance in his way, who was 'obstructing his Lord Sauron's goals.'
Khamûl is a man always on a mission, never stopping, never wavering. He does what ever it takes to complete it, and if that means the slaughter of thousands upon thousands of innocents, so be it. His one and only goal is to further the will of Sauron, and if takes his very life to do it, it shall be done.

History: Born in to a royal family of Easterlings, Khamul was destined for the life of a ruler. It is not known when or how his father died, and he became king, but it was so. Under Khamul's leadership, the Easterlings gained extensive territory. Some of this was from force, taken on the field of battle, while other lands were gained through the use of shrewd diplomacy. Khamul quickly established himself as a formidable player in the world's affairs with these advances.
It all changed, however, the day Khamul received one of nine rings of power from Sauron. At first, there was little change. However, as time drew on, it became apparent that the ring was more of a curse than a gift. Although Khamul gained even more power with the help of the ring, he couldn't help but notice the unusual thoughts that flickered through his mind, telling him to claim allegiance to Sauron. Then, Khamul started to notice he seemed to be flickering in between being solid, and then translucent. But by the time he realized what was happening, it was too late. He was a servant of Sauron now.
As the second most powerful of the kings granted a Ring of Power, it was only natural for Khamul to be the second most powerful Nazgul as well. For many years, Khamul served his Lord faithfully, doing anything he was told. Until the end of the Second Age, were Isildur slew Sauron's physical form, and banished him from Middle-Earth. The Nazgul scattered, without anywhere to go.
Recently, however, Sauron reappeared, in the guise of 'The Necromancer.' Calling his faithful servant Khamul back with the rest of the Nazgul, Sauron sent his minions across Middle-Earth once more to further his ends. However, when the White Council realized the true danger of the Necromancer, Sauron was once more forced to flee, however, this time, he left for Mordor, taking his Nazgul with him.
Sauron now has a plan to restore his physical form, and to defeat the pesky forces of good that plague his soon to be kingdom. In order for it to be accomplished, Sauron needed agents out in the field. And so, along with the Witch King of Agmar, Khamul ventures out into the outside world, with a ear and a eye peeled open for the slightest of advantages. If Something is to occur that can advance the plans of Sauron, well, Khamul plans to be the one who finds it.
Anything Else?:
I plan to rp Khamul as more self-dependent then he was portrayed in the books and the movies. If this causes any problems, I'll be happy to change accordingly.
